We are based in the heart of the garment district in New York City (NYC), where art and fashion intersect. 

 

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING WITH TRACKING? 
Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping with priority tracking on all orders, that means no minimums. After completing your purchase, you can track the shipment status of all your items through our order tracking page

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship direct from our partnered distributors from around the world. So, please expect your items to be shipped In different boxes (if you order more than one item) as different suppliers specialize in different fashion items. 

 

WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR CLOTHING?
We offer different sizes for different clothing. Each product should have their own measurements for you to compare yourself against. If there are none, let us know by email and we can get you them! Please keep in mind all our clothing are based in Asia, so expect them to be smaller than European and US sizes.

 

WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
Strictly no returns or exchanges unless there is any problem with any of our product(s) and the attention is brought to us no later than a week. So please make sure you are ordering the correct item, size, and color. Make sure to read the measurements in products that apply.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE US?
Yes, we provide free shipping worldwide with no minimum orders and priority tracking.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order processing time takes 1-5 business days before shipment. Deliveries can take from 1 to 3 weeks on average. It depends on the items purchased. Please contact us for specific shipping times.

 

I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
We ship from different parts of the world so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the shipment status of your items, please check our order tracking page.   

 

WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
 
CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?
Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
